Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team at our med spa. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences. You will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through various esthetic services.

Duties

• Perform a range of esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and botulinum toxin treatments.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and share skincare tips.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote special offers.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician in a med spa or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media management to enhance online presence is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Sales experience in the beauty industry will be considered an advantage.
• Commision + tips by appointment only
• 90-120 days training on hourly until ready for commission.
