Wellness 360 Plus is looking for an experienced, motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team.

We are seeking someone who is confident in their skills, experienced in a medical spa setting, and a true go-getter—someone who takes initiative, builds relationships, and is driven to grow.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and personable Esthetician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also excels in retail sales, is active on social media, and enjoys contributing to the overall client experience—including front desk support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and customize treatment plans
• Confidently recommend and sell skincare products to support clients’ goals
• Share skincare tips, client results (with permission), and promote services via personal or professional social media presence
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling, welcoming clients, and answering inquiries as needed
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, treatment room readiness, and adhere to all safety protocols
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Someone who will take excellent care of our existing clientele
• Someone motivated to build and grow their own book of business
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products
• Willingness to participate in social media content and represent the brand
• Flexibility to assist with events outside of normal business hours

Requirements:

• Valid Esthetician license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 3 years of professional esthetics experience
• Proficient in HydraFacial, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, acne treatements and microneedling
• Proven success in retail product sales
• Active and professional presence on social media platforms
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to support the front desk and overall clinic operations
• Previous experience working in a medical spa is required
• Experience with Eminence Organics, Circadia, and/or Alastin or willingness to learn

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
