Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Lash & Brow Artist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and excited to grow within a luxury salon environment.

Requirements:

• Current Louisiana Esthetician License (required)
• Experience in lash extensions and brow services preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and continue education
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform lash and brow services (extensions, lifts, tints, shaping, etc.)
• Consult with clients and recommend services/products based on their needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
• Create a comfortable and elevated experience for every client
• Build and retain a loyal clientele
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties

Schedule:

• Part-time or Full-time positions available

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
