Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate licensed esthetician to join our team on an as-needed (PRN) basis. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility while working in a refined, client-centered environment.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional facial services, building client relationships, and contributing to a high-end spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials based on client needs and skin goals
• Provide treatments such as dermaplaning and advanced skincare services
• Perform waxing services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Uphold a luxury-level client experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Esthetician License (required)
• Experience with facials and skin analysis (dermaplaning preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work flexible, as-needed shifts
