Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and makeup application with precision and care.
• Conduct advanced skin treatments such as esthetic laser therapy and dermal rejuvenation procedures to improve skin health and appearance.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on skincare routines and product use.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages that align with clients’ goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Operate salon software systems like MINDBODY efficiently for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales processing.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, and makeup application.
• Knowledge of advanced procedures including esthetic laser treatment, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, and dermabrasion is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms for booking and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to perform hair threading and nail care services is a plus.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
