Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling to meet individual client needs.
• Provide expert advice on skincare products and recommend suitable treatments to enhance client results.
• Manage retail sales by upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Use salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share updates, and build lasting relationships.
• Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by listening attentively to client concerns and delivering personalized treatment experiences.
• Stay current with industry trends such as botulinum toxin treatments and hair extensions to offer innovative solutions.

Skills

• Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple appointments and tasks seamlessly.
• Proficiency in salon software systems like Millennium and MINDBODY for booking and record-keeping.
• Expertise in esthetic procedures including facial treatments, laser therapy, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and body waxing.
• Experience with hair styling techniques such as hair extensions and straight razor shaves.
• Knowledge of nail care services alongside makeup application skills for comprehensive beauty offerings.
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes and client engagement.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and product usage effectively.
• Commitment to sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships.
• Background in hospitality or guest services to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
