Urgently Hiring! This position is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with no commission-based compensation and suit rental. Prior professional experience is required. Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Perform body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Administer advanced procedures
• Manage retail sales by recommending products and conducting product demos that align with clients’ skincare routines.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and sterile.
• Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building a strong online presence to attract new clients.
• Deliver excellent guest services through effective communication skills, active listening, and personalized treatment plans.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction while supporting the salon’s revenue goals.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional preferred certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, or laser treatments are a plus.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in esthetic procedures.

Pay: $25.27 - $30.43 per month
