Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a variety of esthetic treatments. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the client experience through personalized care and expertise in various beauty services. The Esthetician will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality treatments while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, hydrafacials, skin care consultations, assist Dermatologist with prep for Botox and Fillers
• Perform advanced treatments such as various laser treatments including skin rejuventation and laser hair removal, microneedling, and chemical peels ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to enhance service offerings.
• Assist with social media management by promoting services and sharing client transformations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in guest services within a med spa or beauty setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience or willingness to learn about advanced treatmentsis a plus.
• A passion for the beauty industry and dedication to ongoing professional development.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
