Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience by delivering personalized treatments and recommendations that promote skin health and beauty.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and body treatments.
• Utilize techniques such as straight razor shaving and deep tissue massage to meet client needs.
• Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Educate clients on skincare products and routines, promoting retail sales through effective upselling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and enhance customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proficiency in various esthetic techniques including tattooing, barbering, and advanced skincare treatments.
• Experience with Millennium software is preferred for managing appointments and client records.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• A passion for skincare and beauty, along with a desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
