Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, microneedling, and RF treatments.
• Assist clients with retail sales of skincare products and recommend personalized treatment plans to promote ongoing skin health.
• Maintain thorough sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing all equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon management software such as PatientNow to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser procedures.
• Knowledge of advanced esthetic techniques such as botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with salon software platforms like PatientNow for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to recommend suitable products confidently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety at all times.
