Duties

• Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs.
• Perform body waxing, hair threading, and other hair removal services with precision and care.
• Maintain thorough sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations to promote ongoing skin health and satisfaction.
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and support business growth.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, or laser therapy.
• Familiarity with advanced procedures including dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, and botulinum toxin treatments is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a lively environment.
• Knowledge of salon software systems for appointment management.
• Experience in retail sales of skincare or beauty products is advantageous.
