About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Esthetician to join our wellness-focused practice. This role blends results-driven skincare with a luxury spa experience, offering advanced facial treatments, energy-based services, and personalized skincare guidance.
You will play a key role in helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while delivering a calming, rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments including exfoliation, extractions, masks, and hydration therapies
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and analysis, creating personalized treatment plans
- Safely operate and assist with energy-based devices (laser, RF, light-based treatments, etc.)
- Provide post-treatment care guidance and long-term skincare plans
- Recommend and educate clients on professional skincare products and homecare routines
- Maintain accurate client records including treatment history and progress
- Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and infection control standards
- Create a calm, high-end client experience focused on relaxation and results
- Promote services, packages, and retail products in a consultative manner
- Stay updated on advanced skincare techniques, devices, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Esthetician License (required)
- Experience in spa, medical spa, or clinical skincare environment
- Experience or willingness to train in laser and advanced skincare technologies
- Strong understanding of skin conditions, treatments, and product ingredients
- Ability to build client relationships and deliver personalized care
- Confidence in product recommendation and retail sales
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Professional presence with a wellness-focused mindset
Preferred
- Experience with laser treatments, microneedling, or RF devices
- Knowledge of holistic skincare, aromatherapy, or wellness practices
- Prior experience in a luxury spa or high-end clinic setting
- Certifications in advanced treatments (chemical peels, devices, etc.)
