Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair threading.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored services or products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Use salon software to manage appointments, client profiles, and service records.
• Promote and sell retail products that enhance client results and overall experience.
• Manage and create content for social media to highlight services, promotions, and availability.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on usage and benefits.

Private Room Rental Details

• Fully enclosed treatment room located within our salon & spa.
• Rental includes access to shared amenities such as a relaxation area and spray tan room.
• Freedom to manage your own schedule, pricing, and client base.
• Collaborative environment with stylists and other professionals to help grow referrals.
• Discounted rental rate available for the first months.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetics certification.
• Proven experience in guest services within a salon or med spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of industry sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with additional beauty techniques (hair styling, nail care, tattooing, or barbering) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience in retail sales is highly valued.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for beauty trends and a commitment to ongoing education in esthetics.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
