What we are looking for:

  • Passion for Acne Treatments: Someone to help clients feel less self-conscious about their acne. Create customized acne treatments for our clients, and help them feel supported and comfortable!
  • Friendly and Warm: You naturally make guests feel at home with your hospitality and customer service experience.
  • Client-Centered: You treat every client with respect, care, and attention to detail, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: You can go with the flow and adjust when needed, ensuring the guest experience is always seamless.
  • Team-Oriented: We are a team. Maybe another co-worker is back to bac today but you have gaps, go see how you can help their shift flow better. Or maybe front desk could use some help. "That's not my job" doesn't belong at Jacquelyn's Spa.
  • Efficient Multi-Tasker: You can handle multiple tasks at once, all while maintaining a calm, positive presence with clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating and learning computer software like Vagaro.

  • Self-Sufficient and Confident: You make decisions confidently. Sometimes a service does not go as planned and you have think outside the box
  • Creative Thinker: You’re always looking for ways to improve the business and the guest experience.
  • Reliable and Punctual: You show up on time and can be counted on to follow through on responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Support: Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and checking clients in and out efficiently.
  • Guest Experience: Greeting each client with warmth, actively listening to their needs, and providing the appropriate assistance.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting coworkers to ensure a seamless, smooth flow of operations throughout the day.
  • Sales and Up-selling: Discussing additional enhancements, add-ons, and product recommendations with guests.
  • Facility Upkeep: Handling laundry, deep cleaning, restock, and general upkeep to maintain a welcoming, pristine environment.
  • Opening and Closing: Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring everything is ready for the day and properly secured at the end of shifts.
  • Consistent Quality Service: Providing consistently high-quality services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction every time.
  • Small Business Support: Assisting with various tasks to support the operations and growth of Jacquelyn’s Spa.

Interview Process:

  • Answer the Questions Above: This is a chance for us to get to know you better before moving to the next stage.
  • Video Call Interview: If your application progresses, there will be a video call where we ask you additional questions and get to know you better
  • In-Person Interview: If you proceed, the next step is an in-person interview. This will take place at our Spa in Lakeway. You’ll meet employees, engage in more in-depth conversations, and get a tour!
  • Shadow Day: Finally, we may invite you to participate in a shadow day. You'll spend time with the team, experience the role in action, and It gives both you and us a chance to ensure the role is a good fit!
