Independent Contractor Commission-Based Full or Part-Time Flexible Schedule

The Face Shop & Face Spa is seeking a licensed, skilled Esthetician with lash artistry experience to join our luxury spa team in Westminster. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who takes pride in their technique, values client relationships, and thrives in an independent, performance-driven environment. ABOUT THE FACE SHOP & FACE SPA

The Face Shop & Face Spa is a boutique skincare and luxury spa destination committed to delivering personalized, high-quality treatment experiences. Our Westminster location is our newest flagship — a professionally appointed environment designed for specialists who take their work seriously. We offer a collaborative, supportive culture with the independence and flexibility that skilled contractors value. As we grow, we invest in the people who make that growth possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform customized organic facials tailored to each client's skin type and concerns
• Provide professional body waxing and sugaring services, including Brazilian waxing (required)
• Deliver lash and brow tinting services with precision and consistency
• Manage all client transactions and communications directly — we operate without a front desk receptionist
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked treatment room at all times
• Contribute to the upkeep of treatment rooms and shared common areas
• Provide timely, attentive service that consistently meets and exceeds client expectations
• Represent The Face Shop & Face Spa with a professional and client-centered approach in every interaction

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Current, active Esthetician License issued by the state of Colorado - must be in good standing prior to start
• Demonstrated expertise in facial treatments and therapeutic facial massage - clients expect results, not just relaxation
• Advanced proficiency in waxing and sugaring across all body areas -full Brazilian services are a non-negotiable part of this role
• Hands-on experience with lash and brow tinting techniques
• An above average eye for detail - we hold ourselves and each other to a high standard of precision and presentation
• A natural ability to connect with clients and build long-term relationships rooted in trust and genuine care
• The discipline and drive to manage your own schedule, client load, and professional growth in an independent setting
• Strong time management skills - the ability to stay on schedule without sacrificing the quality of each service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Lash lift certification - not required, but a strong advantage
• Existing clientele you are able to transition to our location
• Experience with advanced facial techniques or specialty skin treatments
• Active professional presence on Instagram or TikTok with portfolio content

A NOTE ON HOW WE OPERATE

This is an independent contractor position. You will manage your own client communications and transactions. The right candidate is self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning the full client relationship from booking through checkout. Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
