Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and other hair removal services with precision and care.
• Administer advanced esthetic laser treatments and botulinum toxin procedures to provide cutting-edge skincare solutions.
• Apply makeup for special occasions or daily enhancement, ensuring each look is tailored to the client’s preferences.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare to promote ongoing skin health.
• Uphold strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for clients and staff at all times.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Knowledge of advanced procedures including esthetic laser treatments and botulinum toxin administration.
• Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client records.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to perform nail care services and barbering techniques is a plus.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed.
• Additional skills such as makeup application, hair threading, or nail care are highly desirable to diversify service offerings.
