Key Responsibilities:

1. Skin Care Procedures:

- Conduct thorough and detailed skin evaluations.

- Provide personalized recommendations for skin-care products and regimens based on individual client needs.

- Perform facial massages.

- Administer chemical peels.

- Deliver skin care facials and perform extractions.

- Conduct microneedling procedures.

- Perform RF Microneedling.

- Conduct Radio Frequency Skin Tightening.

2. Body Sculpting Procedures:

- Perform BodySculp Fat Destruction treatments.

- Administer BodyTone Muscle Stimulation.

3. Medical Procedures:

- Collaborate with a plastic surgeon to offer pre-operative and post-operative skin care.

- Refer clients to appropriate medical professionals for the treatment of serious skin problems.

- Assist in administering skin medications and/or treatments.

4. Business Skills:

- Manage appointment calendar and maintain client contact records.

- Keep detailed records of client preferences, needs, and services provided.

- Provide effective and personalized customer service techniques.

- Schedule appointments efficiently.

- Engage in merchandise sales.

- Regularly evaluate product inventory to ensure adequate supplies.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid Esthetician license.

- Proficiency in computer and iPad applications.

- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures.

- Proper training in equipment sterilization and maintaining clean work areas.

- Sales experience.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
