Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician with at least 3 months of sugaring experience to join our dynamic team! In this vibrant role, you will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, specializing in body sugaring, and various aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, cared for, and inspired to look and feel their best. Duties

• Perform body sugaring services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process.
• Provide additional beauty services including lashes and brows.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
• Assist with retail sales of beauty products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Ability to market/build your personal and the SugaringNYC brand. Flexibility to attend trade shows as needed.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proficient in body sugaring techniques and knowledgeable about various beauty treatments including brow lamination, lash lifts and tinting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, helping to drive product recommendations and sales.
• Attention to detail and ability to sanitize tools and workspaces effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety at all times.
• Social medida savvy, willing to post your work on social media sites, promoting your services.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
