Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and other hair removal treatments with precision and care.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training on esthetic laser treatments and new techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Experience with retail sales of skincare products or related beauty items is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of advanced treatments including dermal fillers, dermabrasion, botulinum toxin injections, and dermal laser procedures.
• Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, barbering, and skin care treatments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
