Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and makeup application.
• Conduct specialized procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and skin rejuvenation therapies.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice, and creating personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments using salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Ensure all tools and treatment areas are sanitized according to health regulations and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, products, and industry trends

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or skincare setting.
• Proficiency in advanced esthetic procedures such as laser treatments, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and dermabrasion.
• Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Skilled in hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and barbering techniques.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
