The Esthetician is responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services and personalized guest experiences. This role focuses on providing professional treatments, educating guests on skincare, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects the spa’s standards of excellence.

ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS


  • Perform a variety of skincare services, including facials, exfoliation treatments, masks, and hair removal (waxing)
  • Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products
  • Customize services based on individual guest needs and preferences
  • Maintain detailed and accurate guest treatment records
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and properly stocked at all times
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with state regulations
  • Promote and sell retail skincare products to support guest results
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Valid Esthetician license
  • Previous experience in a spa, resort, or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and demeanor


PHYSICAL

REQUIREMENTS


  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity to perform detailed skincare treatments
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (products, supplies, equipment)Ability to bend, reach, and carry items as needed for event setup and breakdown.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly during service.

SCHEDULE


Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality– on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


PAY RATE


$10.50 + Commissions + Service Charge
