Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and makeup application with precision and care
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage
• Operate advanced esthetic equipment such as laser treatment devices for hair removal and skin rejuvenation while adhering to safety protocols
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently using salon software like MINDBODY or similar platforms
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workspaces in compliance with health regulations
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatments to enhance client results and boost revenue
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education and training

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales of skincare products and beauty treatments
• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin procedures, eyelash extensions, and body waxing
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or equivalent systems for scheduling and client management
• Skilled in hair threading, makeup application, nail care, barbering (if applicable), and other beauty services
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through attentive care and professional communication
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to perform advanced skin care techniques including facial treatments tailored to individual needs
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations

Pay: $24.55 - $29.57 per hour
