Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, including facials, dermaplaning, Facial lymph massage, chemical peels, Hydrafacials & HydraScalp (we offer training on both), Head Spa (we offer training) , body treatments (we offer training) such as salt scrub and Dead Sea mud application.

This role is a blend of W2 (for Spa Assistant duites) and 1099 commision pay for Esthetician services. This position requires a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, along with strong communication skills and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and guest service. Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week as a Spa Assistant in addition to offering 15 -20 hours Esthetician services. Spa Assistants help with laundry, cleaning, and scheduling/ booking clients.

The Licensed Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and product demonstrations to promote our services and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, dermaplaning, salt scrub, Head Spa
• Provide expert advice on skincare products and retail sales to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards
• Upsell services and products through excellent customer service skills while ensuring client comfort and trust

Experience

• Valid Georgia Esthetician license required
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of social media management platforms for marketing purposes
• Prior experience in retail sales or upselling within a salon or med spa environment is advantageous
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
