Position Highlights:

• Perform and assist with advanced aesthetic treatments
• Educate clients on procedures and skin care regimens
• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through treatment plans
• Drive product and service sales through consultations and follow-ups
• Collaborate with a team of providers to ensure top-tier patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current NJ Esthetician License required
• Prior experience in a med spa or aesthetic practice preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience is a major plus
• Passion for aesthetics and continued learning
