Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, body contouring, laser therapy, medical grade skin care with precision and care
• Conduct advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy and dermal procedures to meet individual client needs
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning equipment and treatment areas following health regulations
• Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a warm, professional atmosphere that encourages trust and repeat visits
• Stay current with industry trends and ongoing training to continually enhance your skill set and service offerings

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales of skincare products, treatment packages, pre and post care protocols
• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, microneelding, skin resurfacing procedures, and body contouring.
• Strong knowledge of salon software systems for appointment scheduling and client management
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Deep understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to perform cosmetology duties confidently while adhering to state licensing requirements
• Capable of managing multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
