The ideal candidate will must have a passion for the industry and is excited about professional grade skincare. Must specialize in Brow Transformations, Lash Lifts, Full Body Waxing, and all Facial Treatments!

Outcomes:

• Contribute to business growth and client retention
• Sell and recommend product to clients as needed.
• Maintain a booked schedule by marketing self both outside and inside work
• Sales Per Service-1.5-3
• Take before and after photos of clients per consent
• Charting clear notes in client’s profile about any issues, preferences etc.

Required Activities:

• Must clean and sanitize to standard in between clients as well as deep clean room at the end of shift per company protocol
• Take before and after photos/videos of clients to be posted on social media per clients consent
• Restock/ clean lobby, breakroom, bathroom, laundry etc when not with clients.
• Help front desk with any additional tasks
• Create and brainstorm ideas for marketing purposes
• Follow up with clients after services

Education

Highschool Diploma/ Esthetician License

1 year minimum Waxing Experience

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
