Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments.
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments using advanced equipment to address skin concerns such as pigmentation, scars, or aging.
• Provide professional retail sales consultations to recommend skincare products and beauty tools that align with client goals.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software platforms to ensure smooth scheduling and record keeping.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and disinfecting all tools and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually enhance your skills and service offerings.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Proven experience in performing skincare treatments.
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment procedures and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with salon management for appointment scheduling and client records.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Ability to uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments.
