Responsibilities

• Perform professional body waxing and sugaring services for clients
• Educate clients on skincare, waxing, and aftercare recommendations
• Create a welcoming, comfortable, and professional experience for every guest
• Maintain treatment rooms and workstations according to sanitation standards
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Promote memberships, retail products, and service packages
• Assist with daily salon operations and cleanliness
• Meet individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales-minded with confidence recommending memberships and retail products
• Willingness to learn Hello Sugar's techniques and service standards
• Previous waxing experience preferred but not required—we provide training
