Mystic Salon + Head Spa is seeking an experienced, hospitality driven Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, guest experience, wellness, and creating meaningful results for every client who walks through our doors.

This position is ideal for a licensed Esthetician with a minimum of five years of experience who is looking to grow within a luxury salon and head spa environment where exceptional service, education, professionalism, and client care are at the center of everything we do.

We are looking for someone who believes that skincare is more than a service. It's an experience, a confidence builder, and an opportunity to help guests feel their absolute best.

About Mystic Salon + Head Spa

Mystic Salon + Head Spa is Connecticut's first luxury full service salon combined with a luxury head spa experience.

Located in the heart of Mystic, our mission is to deliver elevated beauty, wellness, and self care experiences through exceptional service and unreasonable hospitality.

Who We're Looking For

You may be the right fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of esthetics experience
• Hold a current Connecticut Esthetician License
• Are confident performing facials, skincare consultations, and treatment planning independently
• Have strong knowledge of skin health, ingredients, product recommendations, and home care
• Understand how to create an elevated luxury guest experience
• Thrive in a team oriented environment
• Have excellent communication and consultation skills
• Are passionate about continuing education and professional growth
• Take pride in your appearance, workspace, and professionalism
• Believe hospitality is just as important as technical skill

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury facial services and skincare treatments
• Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate guests on skincare goals and home care recommendations
• Recommend professional retail products based on guest needs
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival through checkout
• Maintain treatment rooms and workspaces to luxury standards
• Participate in ongoing education and team development
• Collaborate with salon and head spa team members to provide seamless guest experiences
• Uphold the standards and reputation of Mystic Salon + Head Spa

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with luxury skincare brands
• Strong retail sales and client retention skills
• Existing clientele is welcomed but not required
• Experience with facial massage, relaxation based treatments, and wellness focused services
• Social media confidence is a plus
• Experience with head spa services, scalp health, or wellness treatments is beneficial but not required

Schedule

Part time or full time opportunities available.

Evening and Saturday availability preferred.
