Duties

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin treatments to address individual client needs.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance natural beauty.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently.
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to boost client satisfaction and business growth.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Stay current with industry trends and advanced esthetic techniques such as esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively, answering questions thoroughly, and creating a personalized experience for each guest.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry.
• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and other advanced cosmetic procedures.
• Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management.
• Skilled in hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and barbering techniques.
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure safety during all treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques and skin care product lines to recommend suitable solutions.
• Ability to perform dermabrasion treatments and other skin rejuvenation procedures confidently.
