What You'll Do

• Perform customized Aveda facials and skincare treatments
• Create exceptional guest experiences through personalized care and consultation
• Educate guests on skincare routines and Aveda's plant-based products
• Build lasting relationships with clients while helping them achieve their skincare goals
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused salon culture

Who You Are

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in California
• Passionate about skincare, wellness, and holistic beauty
• Professional, dependable, and motivated
• Confident working with a diverse clientele
• Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Available to work weekends
