Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and makeup application with precision and professionalism
• Conduct advanced procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and skin rejuvenation therapies using state-of-the-art equipment
• Provide personalized consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Maintain thorough sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times
• Offer retail product advice to enhance clients’ skincare routines and increase sales opportunities through friendly customer service
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations to continually improve service quality

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license and liability insurance as required by state or local regulations
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and makeup application
• Knowledge of advanced procedures including esthetic laser treatment, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, and nail care is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs
• Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a clean work environment at all times
