Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology, advanced esthetic treatments, and excellent customer service skills. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on enhancing clients' natural beauty and well-being through a variety of skincare and aesthetic procedures. Experience with management software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and salon software is highly preferred, along with a passion for staying current with industry trends and techniques.

Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and esthetic laser procedures.
• Provide body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and hair styling services to clients.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products suited to individual client needs and conducting product demos.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas following health regulations.
• Handle front desk responsibilities such as guest services, appointment scheduling using salon management software, and managing client records.
• Engage clients through social media management by posting updates, promotions, and showcasing before-and-after results to attract new clientele.
• Assist with management tasks including inventory control, managing social media accounts, and promoting services through upselling techniques.
• Stay informed about new treatments like Med spa procedures, tattooing options, and body contouring to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology license with specialization in esthetics required.
• Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and other advanced skincare procedures preferred.
• Strong knowledge of management systems such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and salon software.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations.
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon environment.
• Additional skills such as nail care, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, straight razor shaving, tattooing (if applicable), deep tissue massage experience, or barbering are considered assets.
