Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will utilize your expertise in various techniques and products to enhance the overall client experience while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, dermabrasion, and makeup application.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workspaces after each treatment.
• Upsell additional services and products to clients based on their individual needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, makeup application, and hair styling techniques.
• Provide hair threading services as needed to enhance client offerings.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in salon software systems, particularly Millennium, is a plus.
• Familiarity with various skincare techniques including dermal fillers and hair styling is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell services effectively..
• A valid cosmetology license is required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
