Esthetician and Head Spa technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and talented Esthetician and Head Spa Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare, body treatments, and or Head Spa services. Our spa is a well established, low stress environment where everyone is encouraged to grow and create a warm, relaxing and welcoming space for our clients.

For the esthetician position, knowledge of basic facial care techniques, micro current, non invasive RF, nano needling, micro dermabrasion, and dermaplaning are most desirable.

Master Cosmetologists would be ideal for the Esthetician or Head Spa position.

We offer a 50% commission with higher commissions over time. We also offer one free service a month for self care and paid for advanced technique trainings.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, peels, Non invasive RF for face and body. Micro current, microdermabrasion, hydroglow technique and dermaplaning.
• Promote retail sales and re booking your clients by demonstrating and educating guests on skincare products and treatments.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff; adhere to all health regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Master Cosmetology license with experience in esthetics; or Esthetician license
• Proven experience within a spa or salon setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, skin care products, retail sales.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $80.00 per hour
