Esthetician and Lash Artist (Austin)

Betty Lash is seeking a dedicated and professional esthetician to join our team! We currently have two locations (3500 Jefferson St. Suite 101 Austin, TX 78731 & 13341 W. US HWY 290 Austin, TX 78737). We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality, supportive work environment where hard work and fun go hand in hand. No previous lash or esthetics experience is required—we provide training! Whether you are new to the field or have prior experience, we are looking for a positive, enthusiastic person who is eager to grow. As a Betty Lash esthetician, you will have access to unlimited earning potential based on your sales and performance. Our team is rewarded for their dedication and success, and we are committed to helping you build a rewarding career. In your first year, you will specialize in lash extensions, and expand into lash lifts, tints, waxing, and skincare services like dermaplaning.

We offer flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to be part of a growing business with ample opportunities for advancement. For those who are motivated and ready to make a difference, the pay potential grows quickly: second-year service providers can earn $65K+, and third-year providers can exceed $85K+.

We require a current Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license, or enrollment in a program with an expected graduation within the next few months. Please note, as our business operates seven days a week, evening and weekend availability is essential.
