Esthetician and Nail Technician

Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: 60% commission, paid every two weeks

Optional Booth Rental: Starting at $20 per day

Location: A.L. Nails in Del City

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and client‑focused Nail Technician to join our salon as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who wants strong earning potential and the opportunity to build their own clientele within a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high‑quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel services, acrylics, nail art, and other specialty treatments within your skill set.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming workspace in compliance with state board standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long‑term client relationships.

Compensation & Structure

• 60% commission on all services performed.
• Paid in cash bi‑weekly (you will be responsible for your own taxes).
• Optional booth rental available for techs who prefer a flat‑rate model — starting at $20 per day.

Requirements

• A valid Nail Technician license from an accredited/certified school is required.
• Professional Insurance for self
• Your own metal tools (drills, files, etc.)
• Customer Service Experience
• Reliable transportation
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to communicate well with clients

Applicants without proper licensing will not be considered.
