Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments such as facials, esthetic treatments, and waxing to meet individual client needs.
• Provide expert nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art using the latest techniques.
• Conduct consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products based on clients’ skin types and preferences.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff at all times.
• Upsell retail products and additional services by demonstrating their benefits effectively to boost client satisfaction and business growth.
• Stay current with industry trends

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; nail technician license preferred.
• Proven experience in skin care, nail care.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for client well-being.
• Strong communication skills to educate clients about treatments and retail options confidently.
