Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art using current techniques.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure client safety.
• Upsell retail products and additional services confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, new techniques in esthetic laser treatments, and advanced nail care methods to continually elevate service quality.

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician or nail technician with a valid cosmetology license.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with retail sales principles including retail math and upselling strategies.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• certification/ license required
• spanish is a plus
