Duties

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, eyelash tinting, and esthetic laser treatments to meet client needs.
• Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to promote healthy skin and beauty products.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Upsell additional treatments or products by understanding client preferences and offering tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends like color theory, dermabrasion techniques, and new esthetic laser treatments to provide innovative services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide personalized consultations, and ensure an exceptional experience.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of skincare and nail services.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and nail art design.
• Familiarity with advanced skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser procedures, and body waxing techniques.
• Skilled in threading, eyelash extensions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Experience in retail sales including retail math skills to recommend products effectively while upselling services.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $906.55 - $1,091.76 per week
