Position Overview

A premier French-inspired day spa has partnered with our consulting firm to identify an exceptional Esthetician & Nail Technician to join their refined service team. This role is ideal for a beauty professional who views skincare and nail services as an art form and understands the importance of discretion, precision, and elevated client experience.

This is a paid, professional position within a serene, high-end environment that values craftsmanship, consistency, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke esthetic services including custom facials, advanced exfoliation treatments, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash services, and other curated skincare rituals tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide luxury nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and refined nail artistry using premium products and modern techniques.
• Conduct thoughtful, personalized consultations to understand client preferences, lifestyle, and long-term beauty goals.
• Educate clients on at-home skincare routines and professional product recommendations, offering guidance with confidence and sophistication to support both results and retail performance.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards, ensuring treatment rooms, tools, and workspaces reflect the spa’s elevated standards at all times.
• Apply a strong understanding of color theory to recommend complementary shades for nail treatments and beauty enhancements.
• Uphold gracious, attentive service that reflects the spa’s commitment to excellence, discretion, and lasting client loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active esthetician and/or nail technician license with demonstrated experience in luxury skincare and nail services.
• Strong working knowledge of facials, waxing, threading, and advanced skin treatments; experience with eyelash services is highly desirable.
• Proven proficiency in manicures, pedicures, and detailed nail work with a refined, polished finish.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with a discerning clientele.
• Experience in luxury retail or skincare product sales, with the ability to educate and recommend in a subtle, service-driven manner.
• Commitment to continued education and staying current with evolving beauty techniques and industry standards.
