Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and hair threading to address individual client needs.
• Provide expert nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with attention to detail and sanitation standards.
• Apply eyelash extensions and assist clients with eyelash lift or tint procedures to enhance their natural beauty.
• Conduct hair styling services including hair extensions, cuts, blowouts, and barbering techniques when required.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to promote ongoing beauty maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following all health regulations and safety protocols.
• Upsell additional services or retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license with certification in esthetics and nail technology from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, skin anatomy, nail care techniques, and current beauty trends.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion procedures, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, and hair extensions preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Retail math skills for upselling products confidently without compromising client experience.
