Esthetician and Nail Technician

One Percenter Lifestyle is looking for passionate, motivated, and talented Estheticians and Nail Technicians to join our growing luxury beauty team.

We are open to both newly licensed graduates looking to gain experience and experienced beauty professionals with an established book of business.

Our goal is to provide beauty professionals with a luxury suite environment where they can grow their clientele, increase exposure, and elevate their personal brand while delivering high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail and esthetic services
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Recommend products and services based on client needs
• Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Nail Technician license
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Existing clientele is a plus but not required

Pay

$40,000 – $70,000 per year depending on experience, services, and clientele.
