Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art to ensure client satisfaction.
• Apply advanced hair styling techniques and hair extensions to create customized looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to support their ongoing beauty regimen.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure a safe environment.
• Upsell retail products and additional services confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, new treatments like esthetic laser procedures, and innovative techniques in hair styling and nail art.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of color theory for effective makeup application and hair coloring techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the salon environment.
• Certified in cosmetology with expertise in nail care, hair styling, barbering, and advanced esthetic treatments.
• Skilled in performing hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Ability to perform retail sales effectively through upselling techniques while maintaining a genuine connection with clients.
• Sound understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
