Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and hair threading to meet individual client needs.
• Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art with attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Apply eyelash extensions and assist clients with hair styling or hair extensions to enhance their natural beauty.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to promote overall wellness and beauty.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation practices in all treatments to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations.
• Upsell additional services or retail products confidently while delivering excellent customer service that builds loyalty.
• Stay current with industry trends like color theory, new techniques in esthetic laser treatment, and barbering styles to provide innovative solutions.

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician or nail technician with a strong portfolio of skincare and nail care services.
• Knowledge of color theory, skin anatomy, and various cosmetic procedures including dermabrasion and laser treatments.
• Skilled in hair extensions, hair styling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and barbering techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and understanding their unique beauty goals.
• Familiarity with retail sales principles such as retail math and upselling strategies to maximize service opportunities.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
