Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art using advanced techniques.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to promote overall wellness and brand loyalty.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Upsell additional services or retail products confidently to maximize client satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician or nail technician with a strong portfolio of services performed.
• Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in choosing complementary shades for nails.
• Familiarity with advanced treatments such as esthetic laser procedures.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and retail options while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to perform body waxing.
• Experience with retail math for upselling products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Certification and active license in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program is required; ongoing education in new techniques is a plus.
