Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, esthetic laser treatments, and hair threading to meet individual client needs.
• Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
• Apply hair extensions and style hair to enhance clients’ overall look while offering expert advice on hair care routines.
• Conduct skin analysis using color theory principles to recommend suitable treatments and product options.
• Upsell retail products confidently by educating clients on their benefits and matching them to their skincare or nail care needs.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by following strict hygiene protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ preferences, answering questions clearly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay current with industry trends in cosmetology, hair styling techniques, lash extensions, laser treatments, and retail sales strategies to continually elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid state license in Cosmetology or Esthetics with certification in Nail Technology.
• Proven experience in providing esthetic services such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, laser treatments, and hair threading.
• Skilled in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art.
• Knowledge of color theory to enhance skin analysis and treatment recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients while demonstrating enthusiasm for beauty services.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Experience with hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and hair extensions; barbering skills are a plus.
