Esthetician and Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate facial specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and services, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, educating clients on skincare, and promoting products that enhance their beauty regimen.You will also some have reception responsibilites as greeting clients, answering phones, social media and small tasks.

You must be a licensed esthetician from the state of Florida to be considered for this job !

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic services including dermaplaning, chemical peels, Skin tightening and Glo2facial.
• Social Media weekly posts
• Sanitate all tools and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Utilize clinic software to manage appointments, client records, and service history efficiently.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and promote business growth.
• Provide consultations to clients regarding their skin type and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics and skincare to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications

Facial Specialist Diploma is Necessary

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or similar role in a salon or spa setting.
• Knowledge of skincare products
• Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales and upselling services/products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification from an accredited aesthetician program is required; state licensure is preferred.

Pay: $22.19 - $24.13 per hour
