Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including Body cavitation, dermabrasion, body waxing, to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Conduct product demos and recommend skincare solutions tailored to individual needs, promoting retail sales and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment areas are clean and organized.
• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with appointment scheduling, check-in procedures, and answer inquiries with clear and friendly communication.
• Manage front desk operations by handling phone calls, booking appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records.
• Support clients through personalized consultations, explaining treatment options and post-care instructions to ensure optimal results.
• Assist with inventory management of skincare products , Laundry and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetic treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, extensions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures clearly and engaging with clients professionally.
• Ability to promote retail sales through product demos and personalized recommendations.
• Familiarity with cosmetology licensing requirements and ongoing professional development in skincare techniques.
