Esthetician and Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

EmergeCryo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Esthetician to join our team, offering a blend of advanced skincare and wellness services. As an Esthetician at EmergeCryo, you will specialize in Facial, HydraFacial, Cryofacials, Cryo Bodysculpting, Microcurrent Facials, and Red Light Therapy, enhancing clients’ natural beauty and wellness. In addition to providing exceptional treatments, you will be expected to generate sales, provide client leads, and participate in administrative tasks during downtimes. Training in our wellness/recovery studio will be provided, and ongoing education is encouraged to keep you at the forefront of the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Client Leads: Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling products and services, generating new leads, and maintaining a robust client base.

- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties during downtime, including scheduling, inventory tracking, client follow-up, and managing client records.

- Client Consultations: Provide personalized skincare recommendations, guiding clients through their treatment options and aftercare to ensure lasting results.

- Community Engagement: Participate in local health and wellness events, representing EmergeCryo, engaging with potential clients, and building community relationships.

- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Dermalogica products, incorporating them into treatments, and offering expert product recommendations to clients.

- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients.

- Ongoing Education: Take part in continued training and educational opportunities to refine your skills and stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and wellness.

Qualifications:

- Valid Esthetician license in the state of practice. Dually licensed as esthetician and massage therapist huge plus and higher compensation.

- Experience with Cryotherapy, Hydrafacial, or similar modalities is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of Dermalogica products and Vagaro software is a plus.

- Proven ability to generate sales, create client leads, and build a loyal customer base.

- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with administrative tasks and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional demeanor with a passion for beauty, wellness, and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in community and health/wellness events.

- Willingness to cross-train and develop skills in additional wellness and recovery services.
